Dear Sir/Madam,
I have sent my original document through DTDC lite on 02/01/2019 from Wagle estate, road no 16, Thane branch to Siliguri.
delivery address: biplab dey, c/o bhabani dey, rabindra nagar, siliguri-734006.
my consignment number is m72889347.
i am complaining on 12/01/2019. till now the courier is not reached destination. My family member took the courier from their office.
online tracking shows that it is reached siliguri on 04/01/2019. from there it is not delivered.
i have complained on 07/01/2019 on local wagle estate, thane west branch. again and again i complained on 10-01-2019. as their office is shifting, they don't bother my complaint. i tried the phone no given by them to kolkatya branch. nobody is receiving call there 033 40329862/ 033 40329834.
i called mumbai branch on 10/01/2019 and 11/01/2019. they could not give any answer.
they have not done any communication. i have registered an online complaint on 10/01/2019. complaint no is 13464077.

nobody is helping me out. me and my family is very anxious as it is important and urgent document. i lost my i week time for further processing of the document.
my kind request to you that please take action against dtdc express limited, reg. office: no-3, victoria road, bangaluru - 560047 and local branch.
I want compensation for harassment of customer and delay for the courier. It delayed my PhD Admission.
