negligence in Home delivery of Gas cylinder

We Koligam villagers of ichhapuram mandalam are not getting anyones gas cylinder at home. Every time we collecting our gas cylinder from market or somewhere else. So this is our request to the agency owner please concentrate on the pablic problem and do the needful as soon as possible.
