We were travelling in a Taxi from Chandigarh to Jammu and while crossing the Toll at Bela Belampur Road we were told to pay the toll tax,which under the Tolls Act of 1901 is wrong
Please look into this matter as this is a disrespect towards defence personal who are making sacrifices so that people of India are safe
