I was Visited WWICS Jalandhar branch for Canada TRV inquiry on 08/09/2017 and meet with Mr. Varun Kumar. I express my interest for visit Canada by 08/10/17. After discussion he told me to deposit 23600/- for process my TRV(Canada) Application. I was made a payment through my credit card & deposit required all documents after assuring time limit. He made a internal agreement and give it to me for next level of process.

I visited again for update status of my TRV on 11/09/17, I was surprised because he demand more 5000/- or provide me two reference for visa process.
I agree to pay 5000/- Amount because of I want to process my application without any delay.
He ask me to came office on Sep. 12 for meeting with Centre Head (Mr. Aswani). He discuss my case and ask me for withdraw and take refund TRV Application amount within a week. *** Region provided 1. "We are unable to complete the TRV process in given time frame". 2. "Case not approved by HO".

Next week I visited for taken my refund cheque but Mr. Varun ask me for visit again next week on 28/09/17.
I visited office again but he made the same excuse and taken 5 days more. Again I visited office but he made a same excuse. He ask me for came on 04/10/2017.I visited again but he made same excuse and request me to give one week more.
This cycle happen with me every week till today. Today morning Mr. Balram Call me and ask " Your cheque will be made and available in Mohali office". We will give you by Saturday.

I express the interest for collect my cheque form Mohali office because I am available in Mohali. He tell me to update within half hour. I will call for update but they people ignore my call, given me excuses till evening.

When I call on evening the clarify my check was not made till now.

I want to lounge a legal complaint against Mr. Varun Kumar (Manager) WWICS Jalandhar Branch for made a fraud with me and taken Rs. 23600/- (Twenty-three Thousand Six Hundred).

I also want to clam for mental harassment, ignorance within TRV process and refund time.
