While travelling to & fro from Indore to Bhopal (MP State), toll plaza MPPDC & Dewas Bhopal Corridor have mostly long queuing to vehicles to pass even with FastTag sticker and the reason behind is they had kept only 1 dedicated FastTag Lane and rest 4 Lane are Cash + FastTag which eventually result in waiting for longer periods. Surprisingly this is the only plaza with such arrangements whereas rest 3 plazas on the route has dedicated 3-4 FastTag Lane and only 1 Cash Lane which seems that MPPDC & Dewas Bhopal Corridor Plaza is minting money with there own rules.
Request to kindly look into the matter for necessary actionable to help out the commuters for a hassle free and quick toll passing with vehicles bearing FastTag.
