I am from Alwar,rajasthan.there was problem with above atta chakki and your man from jaipur/alwar replaced the motor yesterday on 21/06/15.
the motor supplied look like old one and it has not having any mark of motor HP,RPM,type of motor,manufacturers name and date and month of it's manufacture.
the motor has sticker marked as SPL -208 with sr no M822/208
VB 005.
there is no any mark that the motor is supplied by milcent company.I had informed your officer/medam in customer care section today it self but till evening I did not received any response from her.the motor looks like reconditioned one and not a fresh piece, though I paid full amt of a new and fresh motor.I am having doubt of a fraud by your service man.my mob nos are 9414903440.
request to sort out the matter urgently.
