Misleading offer & pathetic customer service

Request your urgent attention on below issue
Mr Chandrakant has given me servicing offer of Rs 7999/- in which he has told me servicing , ac filter , wheel balance n other things will be done but while I received my car there is wheel balancing alignment not done..even I have given the list of work while handed over my car.
Total bill ha been taken above 10k but work quality is very poor basic things not done & whatever the worked has promised while purchasing the offer of Rs 7999/-
This is purely misleading the customer.
Now I have doubt whether engine oil has been changed or not??? Or as it kept it as old.???
Pathetic experience
I want complete investigation report whether my car alignment & balancing has done?? If yes why disc lock is still there??? Why my car is still having alignment issue???
