Dear Sir,

We had given our mobile hand set on 19.05.2015 having problem of mike not working ( moto ET 1022 ) delivered on 25 may 2015 ( with in 7 working days ) work order no ZRV/MG/15/00485.
In this regards three times we visited to your service centre at Borivali, Thakkar shopping Mall . But we are not getting proper response from Service Centre. & also phone which they are provide is switch off or when ringing than nobody is picking the phone. Here nobody respecting to customer complaint.

Kindly look into the matter urgently and give us handset in proper condition at the earliest.
