Livspace is not refunding booking amount

When the rendered images were shared with us, the project cost was INR 6.3 lakhs. But this cost shot up to INR 7.5 lakhs at the time of signing off. This INR 1.2 lakh is like a hidden charge, which was not communicated to us before signing off. I gave a booking amount of INR 40,000. Now livspace is not refunding the booking amount.
