Dear Sir The lift LG 8251 at Hyderabad is being maintained by your company for the last three years duly entering into an annual maintenance agreement. This year we have entered the AMC, but the service provided is totally unsatisfactory. Though servicing is being done but immediately after a day of servicing the lift stops functioning.Every week we are complaining and some temporary repair is done and the problem is repeated again.We have complained to Mr Satish, who asked us to contact Mr Arun kumar. On 4th june we complained to Mr Arun kumar. Although Mr Arun kumar promised to do the needful, nothing has improved and in these seven days lift has stopped functioning five times. We are now wondering as to why we should enter into an AMC with you and pay huge amounts as AMC charges if we do not get the service. Will some body respond and do the needful?
