I have book flat in 2013 at scheme Prasadham Ambernath Mumbai Developer name Ahuja builders,
promised possession was 2 years, still possession was not given, 2016 I have done registration. 2018 ask for handover of flat till now it is pending as lot of things not yet completed, I have sent lot of remaindered to then response is very poor, suddenly they sent me incorrect demand letter asking me to pay balance amount with interest. I was chasing them very rigorously to settle down but asking me to pay first the balance amount and then they will give the possession. I have paid all the 100 % for the flat cost balance is only society and maintenance. please help me in this regards.
