    I have purchased a refrigerator worlpool machine on 26th june2019from khosla electronic salimpur branch kolakata,the sales executive told me it will be delivered by 28 the June 2019. And I am trying to call at the branch and they are not giving any importance to the matter and machine was not deliver till today.
    Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

    I Sanjoy Mahato reciding Raghunathpur,Anandanagar,Kalyani , Nadia Pin 741245 purchased a panasonic company fridge model no NR BG271PLW3 with ref panasonic K182112000079 dt 23.08.2019 from khosla electronics kanchrapara showroom ,West Bengal of Rs 285000 with a offer of Rs 3000 cash back.For the purpose of offer they said if I want to avail the offer I would have to pay Rs 450 .I paid the amount.Since one year I have not got any offer.I want to get back my amount they took for this purpose

    On 3rd November 2021 I have bought a Vivo mobile Invoice no. K026242122/13515 from Khosla Garia branch. During this purchase we were informed that only INR 2500 will be deducted as monthly emi and also we were offered to do the insurance which we respectfully DENIED. Now this month suddenly emi of INR 2755 has been deducted from our account. On asking about it the agent name Sanjib said that the insurance has been added. Now when we told him about the situation he is saying that we have agreed to take the insurance. Even in the invoice there is written that 1500 per month will be deducted as emi and there is no mention of insurance in the invoice, he is also saying that it's our fault by taking the insurance. Now my question is that in the invoice emi is written as INR1500×6 now this I can understand as misprint but its near to impossible that in same invoice there is 2 misprint.

    myself purchase an ac machine date 15.04.2023 from khosla electronics pvt.ltd. showroom 10/4 bt road, kolkata 700056 showroom promised to install the machine on date 19.04.2023 but the day when I call the showroom they don't reply after several attempt the showroom gave reply we are too busy don't disturb installation will be done near future date and cut the line request to reader please consider my experience before purchase anythings from KHOSLA ELECTRONICS PVT.LTD.
