Dear Sir,

We are a Church and have purchased 2 Maruti Ritz vehicle from your end in 2012. I am fed up with your insurance staff and their poor efficiency.

First of all, they did not instruct me on how to do the claim of my damaged vehicle. Secondly now i have been calling so many times and following up for my vehicle insurance renewal which is due next week and i have no response. Are you treating us like this because we are a minority community?

Can i hear from you latest by tomorrow or shall i file a complaint against you in the consumer court and bring your poor service response in the social media.

Would appreciate if you will call us ASAP and renew the insurance.
