I don't get my my refund brought a mobile from syberplace.com

Dear Sir,

I was brought a mobile from syberplace on dated 06 march 2016, but after two months then don’t send my product. After that I was cancel my order, but till date they don’t give my refund .My payment was 7499/- from citi bank credit card.
So please do something needful as soon as possible .
