How to get the money before maturity , because the company of branch removed and collapsed, agent al

Dear sir,
I K Seshadri, certificate number 00824895, folio number DD 0523935.maturity date 2022. Is one of the certificate in your basil company.but the branch of company of branch is removed and agent also disappeared, the documents of requirement submitted by post but unfortunately not received and return back why I can not understand.please clarify positive mode. IAM very poor and my health issues s bad position it's very urgent for medical reasons.

This is the request how to get the amount of certificate before maturity,due to medical reasons and agent is disappeared and not visible
