I have taken a product from online Shop CJ alive and due to bad quality the product was returned by me. They had issued a coupon for refund and advised me to purchase another item. But to my surprise the Shop CJ website has been abandoned and I do not know hot to get refund of Rs. 2300/-. There customer care numbers and other contact numbers are all abandoned. kindly advise. Do I have to go to the Consumer Court.

I had purchased a mobile on 27 may 2019 through flipkart on EMI basis and i Cancelled the order very next day. I got the refund amount also but problem is The EMI for Cancelled product is reflecting in my Credit Card bill i also paid the first EMI of the same sincerely.
I called customer care five times and they accepted my request 53790813 but I got my interest for EMI only, action on EMI cancellation is still pending. Please guide me on this issue
