I’m writing this complaint against BOULT Audio. i had bought an Boult Audi probass Flow x bluetooth headset from flipkart on 17 April 2021. Thr product was under warranty. its chraging port got damaged and i returned my product on 2nd July 2021, which was received by warehouse on 7th July 2022 via Ecom express. 28 days have passed by and i have bot received my product back. i called many times, everytime i call, they say, it will be dispached in 2 or 3 days, but that has not happened so far. also, anytime you call them, one has to wait in a queue for 30 minutes to get to talk to customer care.
