I think they are bluffing around, first of all they made me cancel the order num 6331 And 5138, which was canceled on 25th April and now you’re not refunding my money, inspite of mentioning that they would return in 4-5 working days.
I had emailed as per their instructions to refund my money.
It’s been more than a month.
Everytime I call them they say it will be done in a day. But one day of theirs never comes.
I was very polite to them, last week when I refused to hang up from the helpline num, which they barely answer. They said that they have started the refund process and it would get credited to the account max by Monday 25th May. It’s 31st may today and I still haven’t received my money.
Total amount which they need to refund is: 1556.25+ 1725.3=3281.55 rupees
It is causing lot of inconvenience and headache.As I have to call multiple times and yet the money is not refunded.
Everytime on call they verify the details and that’s it nothing happens after that.

Their agent called by himself last weekend and hung abruptly without giving any information.
I want my money back and compensation for the headache and inconvenience.
