MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 17870. I BOOKED ONE CYLINDER ON DTD. 01.06.2015 THROUGH SMS and received the Reference No. 635272. I have received the SMS on 07.06.2015 that Cash Memo 3000058975 is generated & the cylinder will delivered shortly. Till 17.06.2015 when i did not received the cylinder i visited the Alaka Gas counter and came to know that it has been delivered on 11.06.2015 as per their records. The man sitting in the counter told me to complain this to their higher authorities. The attitude of the Higher authority specially the President is rude he did not receive the complain. They are corrupt from top to bottom
