MOST IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF EVER!!

I ordered McSpicy Paneer Burger Extra Value Meal on July 21st 2021 (Order number 1245, crew ID- 59076 BHUWAN DEEP SINGH) through Zomato, they literally forgot to add my cold coffee with this order that I paid 353 rupees in total including the delivery charges, tax and what not!
When asked the Zomato wallet he says, they did not hand him over any coffee. I still had doubts on him since the staff member I was talking on phone side by side said that "No, mam we did give him, but he forgot". Okay after whatever discussion, we finally agreed that next day i.e., on July 22nd 2021, I ca place an order again and they will send me my coffee which I very nicely agreed on and as discussed, I did order one McSpicy paneer burger and medium PERI PERI fries on July 22nd 2021 (order no. 1270, crew ID 9252 VIKRAM SINGH) through Zomato again and this time they forgot to send PIRI PIRI masala.

When I called and spoke to the staff member, he explains "Mam, my staff boy did put the masala and all that bullshit". I mean forgetting something once is understandable, doing the exact same mistake right next day with the same person is little hard to swallow. When I asked them to send me my PIRI PIRI fries kus I don't even eat fries if PIRI PIRI is not available, that's the whole taste, they said mam please place a small order and i will surely send it with that order and I am like what the hell is wrong with you people, just to get my 19 rupees masala, I AGAIN ORDER EXTRA FOOD THAT I WILL PROBABLY NOT EVEN EAT (since I am home alone atm) and pay you 300 rupees kus with all the delivery charges, packaging charges and what not, it doesn't become somewhere around 300 or at least 250, which does not make sense at all!

THEY ARE SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY IRRESPONSIBLE WITH THEIR WORK; I HAVE TO SAY!!! BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING WITH THESE PEOPLE!
(The staff was polite, that was the only good thing probably because I chose not to talk further with these clutter-heads) and when I said teach some work ethics to your staff, the member was probably being all sarcastic and saying "THIK EH MAM THIK EH" like do something and own your stupidities!!!!!

I am usually not a person who ever leaves negative comments or feedback like even in the rating thing on Zomato app that we provide but this shit got on my nerves for real...!! SUPER SHAMELESS TBH! They must have their personal staff or delivery people to own such situations like seriously!!
