Hi,
I am valuable customer OF FREECHARGE since long as I gone through it various times. But
at freecharge, on ad that there will be Rs. 75 cashback on booking ticket through irctc site. On it, I booked the railway tickets amounting Rs. 970 but till time none amount refunded to me.

Also recharged my idea no for Rs. 80 on ad 10 % amount refunded but none amount refunded.

You are requested to please go through my genuine grievance mentioned hereinbelow .
