Fraud in filling diesel

Today I got diesel filled in my car and got the tank full at the station of Bharat Petroleum in mubarikpur (Una) but after that what I checked, less diesel filled in my car. It was approx 5-6 ltr less quantity of diesel. He told me it was 39 ltr but it was actually 34 ltr diesel in the car. This is happening the 2nd time. So pls look in to this.
