fasttag not working even after 1 month

I have baught a kinetic fasttag (axis bank) on 25/11/2019 near sonapetya toll plaza , purba medinipore with rs 600. The sells person of kinetic fasttag has told me that the fasttag will be activated within 24 hours and I shall received rs 200 in my fasttag wallet. I have added rs 210 in the wallet after buying the tag at that day. But till now whenever I have passed through tollgate they told me " there is no balance in my tag" inspite of that it is shown that rs 210 in my wallet. I cannot contact with kinetic fasttag with their complain no till now, as whenever I have called it told that the no is engaged or out of service. finally after lots of struggle I got a contact no but after several phone and message they told me " they cant do anything regarding the issue". After buying the fasttag no personnel from kinetic fasttag has been shown in that toll plaza till now. I feel very helpless as I cannot contact with them and I feel I am cheated of rs 810 by the kinetic fasttag. Details of my fasttag and my car given below. Please do needful as early as possible.
