Customers should be careful about buying any products of Faber as they don't have their own Service/ Repair team. They have a Customer Care number which is based in Pune. Once a complaint about a product is lodged they call their Repair Service providers who take their own time to attend to the particular complaint. I have complained 5 days back for the Gas Stove we bought 3 months ago and no one from Faber's Authorised repair dealer team has contacted me. Subsequently when I call up their Customer Service number the Customer Service staff asks me to call up the Repair Service dealer. Also they are giving new number of different Service agents to us and are asking us to do the follow up. No one from Faber Customer Service follows up or checks whether the repair job has been done or not.
