I am lakshya kumar from bihar.I have take studenmt credit card from drcc its time for its econd installment buut money is yet to come i tried to contact them but every time they are not picking it up .
what kind of government it is?
what a facility from bihar government.
i am studyinig in MNNITA i hnave toi pay the semester fee and i am not capable of paying it by myself.
