Dear Sir / Madam

I am a very subscriber of Readers Digest monthly magazine for a very long period.

My Subscription Number is 3755 11600 / 14 -1303

This year during renewal I have paid double. Fist time in the month of Feb 2015 through ON LINE payment and VPP came to my address and was paid by cash to post man.

Now Since April 2015 I am receiving 2 copies of Readers Digest magazine.

Several times I called the customer care number and I tried to make them understand but no use. They put me on hold for a longer time and disappear .

My sincere request is consider this double payment for 2 year subscription so that there is no confusion.

Kindly do the needful and revert back asap.
