Double payment, no propsr instructions for refund

Hi,
I went to haldiram branch sparx mall kamla nagar due to some network connectivity issus phonepe payment got stucked and after 24hr payment got successful but when i ask ms. Gaytri for refund of double payment she said to wait for 10days why ? Double payment should be return with in a day weather without any written slip wait for 10 days .
After that she is ignoring all my text and calls
