Dirty Boggie

I had catch a local from Vashi to Panvel ( 4.05 pm ), 3 or 4 rth Boggie before ladies,
Every seats of that Boggie was so dirty, some psycho person might be done this...( On every seats there was human latrine and people have no choice to seat.
Please do the needful to clean.
