Dilevry issue unprofessional promises

I bought a samsung 1 ton 4 star ac model number ARI2BY4ZAPG, oder number K148222223/00762 , branch GSTIN: 19AABCK9715C1ZK CIN: U32109WB2001PTC092838
BRANCH: DALHOUSIE SHOWROOM 1 ,
I bought the ac on 29,4,2022 i request the sales person if the installation can be done by 2nd may 2022 as it was an urgency , i was getting the same deal and installation on time by my local dealer but as khosla electronics is a renounced and respected name i went with the sales persons words Mr BIPLAB MONDAL as he assured that he will make sure the dilevry and installation will be done by 2nd may 2022, i placed an oder on 29th april 2022 as i went with his MR BIPLAB MONDAL words and the name khosla electronic as a trusted org. Which have literally let me down and placing an oder was a mistake . I ranged MR BIPLAB MONDAL on 1st of may 2022 stating about the dilevry as he said it will be done between 3pm to 7pm on 1st of may 2022 , we waiting keeping our work on hold as which was important, later he denied that the delivery and stated it wont take place and our time for which we waited went for a toss , its 2nd may 2022 today we again waited keeping our work aside and we are again said the dilevry will take place but which was again a lie by MR BIPLAB MONDAL , i ranged him agin asking about the dilevry and he stated that delivery cannot take place as they dont have people to give the dilevry due to eid . I UNDERSTAND AS ITS A FESTIVE SEASON THERE MIGHT BE DILEVRY ISSUE AND LESS STAFF BUT MY CONCERN IS WHY PROMIS SOMTHING WHICH CANNOT BE FULLFILLED I COULD HAVE WAITED OR BOUGHT THE PRODUCT FROM THE LOCAL STORE AND MY WORK WOULD HAVE BEEN SORTED BUT TRUSTING A BIG NAME WAS MY FAULT, IT WASTED MY 48 Hours , AND DELAYED MY URGENCY AS I WAS IN NEED OF THE PRODUCT BY THE TIME REQUESTED, IF I WOULD HAD BEEN TOLD IT WONT BE POSSIBLE I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT SOMTHING ELES BUT NOW ITS JUST WSASTE OF TIME FOR ME AND ANYWAY I DIDNOT RECEIVED THE PRODUCT , 3rd MAY IS EID AND THEY WILL DILEVRY THE PRODUCT, THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL INCIDENT I HAVE WITNESSED TILL DATE , AND MY LAST PURCHASE FROM KHOSLA ELECTRONICS. BELIEVE YOU WILL LOOK INTO THIS OR IGNOR TO LOSE ONE MORE FUTURE CUSTOMER.
