Sir,
with lot of anguish and pain i lodging this concern of mine. i had booked a refil on 02-06-2015 my booking ref no. 264910 and my consumer no. is 10509. i was forced to fetch refil personally from your agency and the staff is really very rude and they rather blamed me for having not called them for home delivery. i my concern is not resolved within short period i would be constrained to take matter with company.
