cylinders not delievered at home

I am consumer of Bharat Gas from your agency, Consumer No. 42715009.
I got the connection transfered from Grewal Gas Agency. I reside at Hira Bagh Patiala. When I took connection from your agency, I was told that the cylinders will be delievered at home. But I had booked the cylinder 7times since then, not even a single cylinder has been delievered at home till yet. I always have to go to pick the cylinder myself. Whenever I ask the delievery man from your agency, he refuses to deliever the cylinder at home. Kindly do the needful and check the matter. Are there any additional charges that your agency takes to deliever cylinders at home? All the other agencies except yours deliever cylinders at home. There had never been problem with Grewal Gas Agency. They always delievered cylinders at home. Where else do I need to complaint in order to get the cylinders at home?
