DEAR SIR,

I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS NEAR ABOUT 25 DAYS AGO REF CONSUMER NO-CX19750385 AND ALREADY RECEIVED THE DELIVERY NOTE ON 27.05.2015 AFTER THAT MY SON VISITED TO YOUR OFFICE AND THEY TOLD HIM YOUR GAS WILL BE DELIVERED WITHIN MONDAY,ALSO HE IS VISITED ON TUES DAY AT 10 A.M YOUR REPRESENTATIVES AGAIN TOLD HIM WITHOUT FAIL YOUR GAS IS DELIVERED BY TODAY BUT TILL 2.34 PM I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CYLINDER.SO I WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE UPDATE WAITING FOR YOUR VALUABLE CONFIRMATION
