Continuous facing problem with deliveries

Con no cx4088956, every time HV to visit agency at least twice to get the cylinder. This time booked on 4-5-15 delivery slip also generated 2 times but still don't get CTL under. Ur staff was very irresponsible. They talk with peoples like we made mistake to select this agency. After one month of booking they don't feel hesitate to say that they don't have delivery boy.pls lukafter the matter and mentain staff costumer friendly otherwise it effects image in future. Pls do something.....
