confirmation of booking & dilivery

Dear Sir,
i filled a cylinder on 11.06.15 at nangal nalagarh. But till now i have not received confirmation message & dilivery message.I want to know that my booking is registered or not.My cons. No. is 18708. Pl. confirm.
