Dear sir/ mam
My idea m no is 9130505103 and bill amt for the current month is 971 rs.
As i didnt use ur any service of net pack in dec month and idea company deducted 510 rs againest internet pack.
Services of internet blocked by me on 3 dec.
Wrong information provided by their executive,that m not eligible for this offer.
Later they added this huge amt in bill n never intimate me abt this current month pack activation by any mode,either sms or mail.
So how could i will be able to pay.
Their service provider assist me and m not satisfied by them.how could i pay this amount of 255x 02 = 510 rs ,as i didnt browse even a single kb.
Because they told me that this offer is valid only for one month.
Their executive told me wrong info on 3 dec abt plan detail n clearly deny abt charges,they may see call recordings also.but forcefully saying to pay amt of net pack.
