Complaint against Jivraj Tea Limited regarding unhygienic Tea packet

I had purchased tea packet of 500 gms from a retail shop of Jivraj 9 CTC Leaf MRP Rs.193 B.No GUJ-244/180901/PKD ON SEP-18, on opening the pack I found there was a hard block inside the tea with fungus sticked around the block. The block was of tea. I immediately called the customer care number 0261 2500999 printed on the reverse of the packet & stated my complaint.
The company person came to my residence and took away by giving an assurance that they will check it in the company & let me know in a week time and come and meet with the reason. Then time almost paased 1 month I did not got any reply, so I called the person about my complaint status. The person didn't tell anything and said I will come and meet you next day.
On the next day the company executive came & stated there is no problem from our side & returned the packet affected with fungus to me back. I asked the person to kindly provide me the same in writing from your company stating no problem from company's end, but the company person denied we don't give anything in writing & went away. There after I called that person but they stopped picking up my number. Finally I decided to address this issue in consumer forum. I have kept the entire pack as it is with me in an air tight container.
