Dear sir/mam,
I have a complained against; M/s. stepway services addressed at, Orma, Gujarat; (A part time online job providing group).

I show my interest in above part time job providing group to see high salary package. I joined the group and taken a project as well as agreed with their agreement to send my Aadhar card copy bt sudden i mailing to company i cantwork with you before providing id and password they say mailing our helpline formfilling gmail a/c i mailed bt they nt response. after 15 days they call me and demand for 4900 rs and next day
I got a mail in reference of Minhaz M. Patel, who said himself a advocate, letter on this person called me and suggest to pay total penalty of 4900+2000 Rs. within seven days, and also suggest that if I would not pay this amount within the given time period then I will have to present in SURAT court (Gujrat), I feel that this is going wrong and they cheat me, please help me and suggest what I should do next.

    One day i got a call from stepway services,and I told her that i will call her back. But after 5 minutes i got a mail from

    WORKLOADEPARTMENT@GMAIL.COM

    and i want to complete it with in 15days,They send me the work without my concern and after 15 days their advocate Mr. Minhaz M Patel who says himself as the member of ICA (Indian Council of Arbitration) asked me to pay Rs.10257 as penality on 4/10/2018 on 11pm and I want to pay it with in 3pm onwards and I cant pay these huge amount with in hours. And he sends a notice to my e-mail address from

    advocatessociate10@gmail.com

    And their advocate Minhaz M Patel described himsef as a member of ICA (Indian Council of Arbitration). So I checked the whole list of members in ICA, he was not a member among the 374 advocates in the ICA(as on 24th March 2018)

    I cant pay such a huge amount, because Iam just completed my studies. He was distrubing me with frequent emails and messages
