CISF is not allowing is to get inside prior to 8 hours of departure

my departure was scheduled at morning 4:00 clock. I reached to airport early at 8:00 clock at night.

CISF is not allowing us inside. With family I am travelling, It's not safe to wait outside the airport.

I guess there should be some strict law for this. It's a sense of humanity.
