RESPECTED MY MOBILE PHONE ACER LIQUID Z530 BUY IN 16-01-2016 AFTER 5 MONTHS THEY HAVE SOME PROBLEM MY HANDSET. I COMPLAINED TO THE ACER CUSTOMER CARE THEY PROVIDE A COMPLAIN ID AND TOLD THEM SUBMIT THE PHONE TO SERVICE CENTER WHICH ONLY IN PATNA IN NOV-DEC 2016 WE GO TO PATNA SUBMIT THE PHONE TO THE SERVICE CENTER BUT THEY CHARGED 3500 GIVE RECEIPT OF THIS CHARGE WHEN WE AFTER RECEIVING THE PHONE WE PAY THIS AMOUNT IN JAN 2017, SIR, MY HANDSET IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND BEFORE HANDSET GOES IN THE DEAD CONDITION THEY SOME PROBLEM IN SCREEN GLASS THEY HAD BEEN BROKEN BUT THEY WORK PROPERLY UNFORTUNATELY AFTER 1 MONTHS OF BORKEN OF SCREEN GLASS MOBILE IS DEAD . BUT I WOULD NOT WANT REPAIR MY BROKEN SCREEN GLASS ONLY REPAIR THE MOTHERBOARD OF MY PHONE . I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE A PROPER ACTION
