Bus got breakdown and after cancelled the ticket amount refunded Rs. 0 instead 2100/-

Booked Gujrat Travels bus from Kadodara, Surat to Sion on 06th May pickup at 12:25pm.
At 11 clock called to the bus driver, he said bus is running late by 1:30 hours.
At 12 pm after my call the bus driver stated that bus is breakdown due to clutch fail.
He said he will arrange a seat in another bus.
At 13:45 i called to the driver he then he has given me another bus driver contact no.
That other bus drivrr said bus is stucked in Ankaleshwar area and will take much time, hence i requested to cancel my ticket.
At 3pm i received message that my ticket has been cancelled and refund is 0.
This is totally headache.
Plz do the needful and arrange my ticket amount that is 2100/- to be refunded to my bank a/c
