Battery issue within 30 days of purchase n now no battery available

I have bought Iball andi stallion on 31 January 2015 from M/s tareen electronics batamallo n within few days battery started giving problem I was out of state for few months n even in Delhi I tried to check with service centre but not a single SC had battery for the same..
I'm really pissed n I am looking for battery everyone is saying it takes 3 days to get battery but it's been 5 months now I haven't seen anything..
Please either pay my money back or replace the battery without any delay
