Sir/Madam, Regards.
While listening News bulletin Non stop Hundred (Shatak), DJ type music plays in the background.It is irritating and un-necessary.Sometimes level of music is so high that it makes difficult to here and understand the actual news.Hope you agree that while listening news bulletins,customers are interested in actual news and not music. Such music causes more embarasment to people with low/impaired hearing ability.
Kindly make the News bulletins more customer-friendly by stopping playing of all types of avoidable background music, since it serves no purpose at all.
An early action shall be highly appreciated.
