Asked to pay for extra sambher when the sambher was complimentary with dosa.

I had orderd 3 masala rawa dosa but when my sambher got finished and i asked for more the said its chargeable but its nowhere written nither on their menu card nor in the shop its a complimentary item and when i asked they told me you have to pay.
I talked with manager and asked where its written its like hidden charges which you are taking if you charge you should write but response was rude and absurd.

Being a consumer it was really pathetic on the part of an organisation which we trust that they will provide good customer service.
