After giving advance no work completed even after 5 month

We have issued a cheque in favour of Miss Yamini Dilip Gadeka Prop. of above firm M/s. Dev Kitchen & Appliances, 114 Bank Colony, Annapurna Road Indore for Rs.100000/- bearing ch.no.342645 dt. 18.7.2018 which is already clears from account and credited to drawer account.
This cheque was issued to complete kitchen interior work of our house but now after 5 month and even after our continues requests to them the above firm has not started our work and their intention looks malafied and fraudulent.
