I have to advise that on 13/09/2021 I used my ATM card for payment of gas charges at the IGL station Sector 3 R K Puram New Delhi for payment of 268.26. The operator advised me that due to internet issues the txn no 023813 could not be processed, then he used the other machine vide txn no 024759 the payment was successful. Later on I came to know that my a/c has been debited twice for which I filed a complaint with SBI vide complaint no 65316627 for early resolution, the operator told me that it will be resolved within 45 days. After 45 days I again contacted the operator who told me that he will flash the complaint and now after few days I got a message that my complaint has been resolved. Now when I have not received any money how it can be resolved
