Dear Sir,
I am residing in below mentioned flat.Since last june to October month of year 2019 the monthly electricity bill have within Rs. 500/- only i.e.as per my load . But, in the month of Nov.2019's bill the amount suddenly rise abnormaly 4 times i.e. bill no.488,dated.9.11.19,bill amount Rs.2060.26. I am using similar/same load since june to till now, then this sudden rise of my bill amount excessively is irregular and illogical. I have approached the cesu office Bhimtangi for complain registration but no response similarly tried to register complain several times online but not able having displaying "error" in filling the form but where to be corrected does not mentioned. So, it can be imaginable the difficulties a consumer facing to register a complain for his right to get. Hence, I request you to kindly take necessary action against such abnormality and request you for rectification & correction bill as early as possible, otherwise cesu authority will penalised me for late bill submission and also I will not being able to get the rebate facility in the present bill.
