i have ordered a shoe pair size 11 vide order no. OID217983 dated Jun
13, 2016 10:09:17 PM. the shoe was deliverd on 18-6-2016 and a cash on
delivery payment of rs 799(incl. shipping charges) was done.
i have encountered few problems with d item and purchase..
1. the deliverd itme is not the one that i ordered.
2. i understand that your policy says the item might look differnt and
quality might deiffer but here d scene is bit different the item is
not of poor quality but of very very poor quality.
3. i ordered shoe size 11 and d deliverd shoe is of size 10....lets
forget d quality but atleast u should have delivered the shoe size 11
no....size 10 is of no use
4. the payment made for the shoe is rs 699+100=799,,but the MRP
mentioned on shoes is 399..i dont understand such liquidation sales
where u are selling at price more than the printed MRP..
