SkullCandy Hesh 3- Cheap quality material used

I had ordered Skullcandy Hesh 3 headphones from Skullcandy website on 26th May for Rs. 6000. After 2 weeks of normal usage the headphones broke on
both sides. There was no accidental damage or rough use.
For 6000Rs the company should be providing durable product and shouldnt use cheap material.
Company is cheating customers by giving low quality product for high price.

As per company policy I returned the product to their official address on 14th July. I have raised multiple complains but no resolution from their Customercare.
Please help me get refund and take necessary action so noone else faces this.
