Refund Amount for ticket cancellation

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have booked two tickets online and later on I have cancelled both of the tickets before time and in my online account the refund date of the tickets comes out on 17 March,2015 & 18 march , 2015 but still I didn't receive any amount what so over.

Kindly look into the issue and please provide the refund amount of cancelled tickets. Please find the details of the ticket bookings.
