Problem in booking for new cylender

Dear Sir ,
I have booked my cylender on 3th of feb and consumer no. is 702517 now i am booking for new cylender but i got the details of my old booking .Sir we are sturggling for booking of gass cylinder .So plz help us for booking .Customer care says that there is some technical fault in agency but i am not able to come .So plz help me .
